Discussion about

NYC Co-op, Prewar, approx 750sf. I have required architect. I know this will come as a total surprise, but I want a GC who is great, on-time, reasonable and will stay within budget. And speaking of budgets, I will definitely be on one but do need new kitchen/bathroom, partial wall takedown, closet work, etc. People on this board seem to love Primer05 but I don't see how to contact him. Would also love other names/contacts of people that you all have had personal experience with. Thanks in advance

I highly recommend Andrew Schrob of Atlantic Shores Inc.

As a designer, I've worked with him on half a dozen projects and have absolutely no complaints. He is great at working within my client's budget, is always very responsive and on time. He made me look good.

I'm in the middle of 960 sq. ft postwar renovation with Prime Renovation. Couldn't be happier with them! I initially found them online; liked their design sense (from their website); liked Jeff's fiscal responsibility. Communication is overall excellent...good, responsive team...and so far I feel like I've gotten 98% of what I wanted.

Can't wait to see the finished product!

Slawek Ratomski is finishing our 2 bed /2 bath reno on the UWS. He's great. Extraordinarily knowledgeable, caring, honest, and thorough. Subs are great too.
