Lost all saved folders, is this a glitch?

Are you in the right folder?
Hi @dempsey123 -- Looks like all your items are saved still. As whitedesert mentioned, you may be in the wrong folder; let us know if there's anything else we can help you out with!

All of my folders have been deleted too... I still get emails with saved buildings, but when I look at my folders, all of my saved buildings and units are gone.
same here. a few days ago, all my folders disappeared. however, i still get email updates from my old folders. Even more strange, if i open the StreetEasy app on iphone, it shows my old folders. but not on iPad or computer.
what's going on?
