Don't pay above mkt here

Mkt since Sept 2013 has taken a huge hit (20% at this price range in UES, see NYTimes,etc). Don't settle for anything above 2550 on the newly renovated studios. Also, they're doing a lot of ongoing construction (asbestos work too)…very very very noisy. That said, good staff and nice renos.
