Discussion about 225 East 63rd Street in Lenox Hill
Love my apt and the new renos. But, there's a ton of construction still going on. Staff said up to several years left, which was not represented to me in a forthright manner when I rented (that's all on me of course). You can hear it six floor above. Was able to get a good deal.
