Discussion about Georgica at 305 East 85th Street in Yorkville

I cant believe that the Georgica is planning on selling apts on 2nd ave at about $1500 per sq ft. Who in their right mind will pay that? The 2nd ave subway construction will head down there at some point.

Brompton nearby selling at $1750 and Lucida even more.

After initial construction phase it will be great to have a station on 86th,,,,I see it as a positive not a negative long term.....which is how real estate should be viewed on a longer term time horizon.

It's expensive, but those are some of the nicest new development 3 and 4 bedroom layout I've seen in a long time.

I have lived in the area the past 5 years...total joke...the apts just have one exposure...overlooking the classy tin lizze...cannot compare it to Related's Brompton nor Gary Barnett's Lucida
