seen it. Pretty nice apartment with three real BRs, although on is small. Decent light, only one real exposure though. Renovation isn't that recent, but most would be able to live with it. Building is nice, not fancy but full service. Lots of smaller apartments in the building and a few larger combos like this one. Maintenance reasonable. Great location, just off the Park in prime UWS.

Maybe a bit overpriced but not much, in this mkt, my guess is it trades for $2.75 or so.
