I wonder if aboutready can find a way to profit off of this, even though, like in PCV, she was not harmed.

In brief, the building has commenced recovery litigation against the parties responsible for the oil spill. Insurance claim was settled in late 2014 for over $1MM. The necessary cleaning activities have been completed.
