there 2 other buildings I know of
150 East 61st street
303 East 57th Street

http://worldonefinancial.com/wp-content/uploads/2012/04/Coop-Buildings.pdf shows whether there's a ground lease. The expiration dates will be off for those extended within the last couple of years.
