Discussion about 115 Saint James Place
Visited this open house on sunday, looks like they still have about 8-12 weeks still to go. My main concern however is the construction techniques, the place is a mess. So many things wrong with each and every room this will be lucky to close for $2.6 at most.....what the heck were they thinking.
