Feasible to rent 3 bd/2bath for $5000 in UWS?

I'm wondering if it's unrealistic or feasible to find a true 3 bedroom/2 bath rental in the west 80's or 90's near Broadway for under $5,500/month. Other required amenities would be an elevator, laundry (in building) and dishwasher. Will I have any luck? Appreciate any input. Thanks!

Few options will exist and all will have a broker attached. The no fee options are all $6000 and up for what you require
