Anyone know what happened with Apt. 6B? Looks like they were in contract for 3 months and now back on the market? Never a good sign. And they’ve raised the price $170K—greedy! Have also heard some mixed reviews about how the building is managed—capital reserves are low, lots of assessments, maintenance is high. Anyone else know anything about the building?
