MY "real estate porn" is the polar opposite: I plug in ZIP codes from my home city and fantasize about what I could buy for what I paid for my Manhattan apartment.

If I had to live on the UWS, I would just pony up an extra $10M and buy the penthouse at the Prasada. It's a more elegant renovation and layout, plus you are on the park (I love how Manhattan is one of the few places where people will pay a premium for green views vs. water).
