Moving into a new condo and looking for recs on 2 things: 1) Painters. Nothing fancy, a lot of dark colors and would paint most of apartment white. Size is 1200 sq feet. 2) removing a non load-baring. Again, nothing to indepth here, would be taking down 2 office walls to open up the living area. thanks
