there is no "existential" category, so I'll just plop this under "sales": why is Brooklyn real estate so painful right now (for buyers, anyway...)? who are all of the people in the world who have $1 million or more in cash for a 2 or 3 bedroom apartment? where do they come from? when will it stop?
