This unit was in contract Feb. 11 to begin a new lease
on Feb. 15, 2014 at the offered monthly rate of $4,850.
As of today, March 21, 2014, the apartment is currently occupied, and it is mistakenly being offered for rent
by a broker without the owner's current permission.
As the Owner, I can affirm that the apartment is newly
occupied and is no longer available for rent.
Also, there are no other apartments available for rent
in this building.
