Discussion about 520 East 72nd Street in Lenox Hill
Does anyone have feedback on the building in terms of maintenance/living there etc? Looking to purchase. Any advice or thoughts would be most appreciated...

The prices seem too good to be true. Anyone have any info on building? Is pretty far east and don't want to waste time going to some open houses this sunday if there is a problem.

Any more recent follow up as to why prices are so reasonable? Maintenance has not gone up since the messages above were posted nearly two years ago.
