What should I expect to pay for 2x / year HVAC preventative maintenance contract for a two zone AC and heat system? Any recommendations on contractors?

Kolb Mechanical works well for me. Very efficient and reliable. I don't think you need a service plan. Just call them whenever and they'll come. Reasonable prices. Knowledeable repairmen.

I just paid my bill. 2 zone AC/heat. $792 for one year. ARM Machinery I think they are called.
