Well, it's a decent sized penthouse for $2MM asking... Nice location and one gets a lot for the money. If the building isn't the best, nor fully staffed... stands to reason.

I moved on but I'm here to inform people that are thinking of moving to Blair House that it is a dump. You are probably trying to sell your apartment there. Good luck. I lived there and YES the porter is the doorman. The security is horrible. They used to let anyone upstairs.
