If "daughter" can afford a $2.5 million home, one wonders why Mom is still doing her homework for her.
The inventory is low. I am licensed in California and she is moving from UK.

It works, but I have experience in real estate because I am licensed in California. It is difficult to get what she wants, so one way is to see whether any agent has a pocket listing that will work for her.
