Discussion about 225 West 70th Street in Lincoln Square
Does anyone who currently lives here, or has lived here in the past have any input for this building? I'd like to know your thoughts about the board, location, and building overall.

Former shareholder. Solid board and financials. A nice building in a great locations.

I noticed there is an open elevator violation. Small thing, but thought I would point it out.

Its a new elevator. Less than 10 yrs old.

DOB elevator violations are not a big deal. From what I see, most elevator buildings get them from time to time.
