My wife and I recently closed on a co-op transaction using W81st as our broker. Not sure how much he patrols this site anymore, but If anyone is looking to buy (especially family sized apts the UWS), he is the ultimate resource. Knows every block and every relevant building, and knows the buying (and selling) process inside and out. Will totally go the extra mile to find out any piece of information remotely relevant to purchase. I cannot praise the guy enough. Highest possible recommendation.
