Discussion about 211 Thompson Street in Greenwich Village
Does anyone have any information about this building? From what I understand, there are several units on the market. Any issues? Financials, pace of maintenance increases? This seems like a good area, but still overpriced. I'm fairly inexperienced with real estate in NYC and would really appreciate anyone's insight. Thanks so much in advance
