Discussion about Emery Towers at 400 East 77th Street in Lenox Hill
Seems that apartments in the building are lower priced than those in neighboring buildings. Does anyone know why? Are there "problems" with the building?

Coop board is notoriously difficult and will reject most applicants. Not sure if there are any underlying problems, but the discounted apartments are in serious need for a gut reno.
