I'm all for the entertaining characters who have something to say other than the broken record of boring self-promotional two-liners (unless this is Zillow using an alias to get their user metrics appear more compelling.)
Speaking of characters, why are all of the huntersbug's messages getting deleted? Id much rather have his grumpy/annoying presence around than this unimaginative charles dude's

I don't think huntersburg was annoying but I can understand how you might view him as grumpy.

Boxer, had not realized he had dug up posts from several years ago, so agree that it is over line. I just previously pictured him reading a thread, doing some blow and then spouting off without having any clear points.

Clients? I thought he was just a video guy. He produces a lot of those and they take time to get that effect where you are nearly talking over yourself. And I figure that's why he has international in his company name, hoping for an international viewing audience, because it doesn't appear he has or had any international listings and deceptive marketing is certainly not something we'd expect.

I will concur with the general consensus here. If this "pro" spent as much time actually doing what he's supposed to do (whether it be finding listings for buyers or finding buyers for a seller) as he did making his little newbie Real-Estate-101 youtube videos, he might make a buck or two.

What Charles Todd Verbotenboten seems to misunderstand, is that our opinions are irrelevant.
But Zillow - they have no interest in offering free media AND in sending hard-earned traffic off-site. Verbotenboten would have been better off leaving his name and address on his posts, and removing his links sending people to offsite. Violate Zillow's rules and get deleted. Some people have to learn the hard way.
