Why are prices going up so fast in this building - all sponsor sales. Is the sponsor releasing more apartments?

If you don't like the price, check out another building, there are thousands of others.

Don't understand how anyone could be interested in such a cookie-cutter building. So uninteresting, and even the upper floors have no real views.
