If only It didn't look over the BQE...... :(

Does it overlook the BQE? From the map it looks like it is a block away and the building is only 3 stories tall so I wondering if the BQE is visible. Also, that is a lot per sq. ft. even for Brooklyn Heights, no? I get that the apartment has a huge terrace but it still seems a little steep.
