Is there a gym in the building? And if not, where are the nearest places to work out?

With so many gym-brand locations throughout the city, especially in Manhattan:
You never need to travel far in order to go to the nearest gym.

Consider your walk to the gym (in this case: equinox, at 76th street and Amsterdam Ave.) to be a good warm-up, before your work-out. Also a good cool-down, on your walk home.
