Good morning. I'm looking for a mortgage broker or bank that handles financing for self-employed/freelancers. Would very much appreciate recommendations.

Actor's Federal Credit Union.

Better rates than you'll find at ANY bank.

Stay away from the big banks. They all suck. Stick with credit unions.
