Buy now or be priced out forever 2014 edition Mayor DiBlaz is cooking up a little mansion tax for all you gazillionaires out there thinking of buying a property for more than 1M. One way or the other he's going to make you fat cats pay your fair share. Another of his great ideas. This is in addition to getting Macy's to move the fireworks back to the East River (a good thing), and then convincing them to put ALL the firework barges beneath the Brooklyn Bridge, so if you live on the East side of Manhattan anywhere above the Lower East Side, you won't be able to see them!!
