In my opinion the Co-Op Board (i.e. 40th Street Tenants Corp) of Bryant Park Place (previously known as The Columns) are both exceedingly unreasonable and unprofessional. In my opinion the Co-Op Board (i.e. 40th Street Tenants Corp) of Bryant Park Place (previously known as The Columns) are both exceedingly unreasonable and unprofessional. I highly advise against involving yourself with this building unless you are able to put in an ALL CASH offer with additional money in escrow as that is the only way a purchaser would be even be considered based on my experience (great credit, working professional, and little debt does not make you qualified apparently). It is funny to think that the Co-Op Board (i.e. 40th Street Tenants Corp) has such demanding standards considering the financial statements for Bryant Park Place raise many serious questions (per my professional opinion as an Accountant). Expect to empty your wallets for the 40th Street Tenants Corp and Key Real Estate Associates LLC (the management copy used by 40th Street Tenants Corp ) and work with the most unprofessional/rude individuals if you purchase at Bryant Park Place.
