The apartment 177 Kingston Avenue #4B was recently listed: https://streeteasy.com/building/177-kingston-avenue-brooklyn/4b Talking to some people to live nearby, I heard the apartment has had some bad history. Does anyone know if the rest of the building is better now? Also noticing the price flip, it was last sold for $189,000 in 2013, $399,999 seems way over priced. People who know the building, please chip in.
