I looked at this place today, its a nice new construction with no amenities and low maintenance, which I like. Quiet key locked elevator, and seem to be high quality interior. My worry is that is pretty close to 2nd avenue, and they are building the 69th street station not far from the back of the unit (bedrooms). even after the construction of the subway I'm concerned about subways noise. Does anybody have any option or experience on living about one building away from an avenue with subway? thanks!
