I went to the OH for this unit. I loved the apartment, but it seemed sort of antiquated and run-down
Some questions:
Does anything seem wrong with this apartment to you--just from glancing at the pictures?
How much would a gut renovation cost (ball park figure)? Both bathrooms need to be renovated, the kitchen too. New floors , and even the spiral staircase looks rickety.
It's been on the market for almost 3 years.. What do you think it hasn't sold--besides that maybe it's just been over-priced and the owner just hasn't been willing to do down.
. Does anyone know anything about the building? Maintenance also seems high for a townhouse.
I love so much about the apartment-- just need to know if it's worth bidding on, given the cost of renovations.
