Cost to renovate this apartment?

What's giving me pause is the renovation costs I'd have to add on to the price tag. As a first time buyer, I am basically clueless about renovations, so any feedback would be greatly appreciated. Even a ballpark figure of all the tasks (without thorough explanation) would be incredibly useful, although if you're inclined to itemize the cost next to each task, I'd be eternally grateful. Here's what I'd like done: Task 1 Build a wall between the Dinging and LR, to create a second bedroom. Or better yet: put in glass pocket doors. Task 2—Bathroom Renovate the bathroom so that it looks as close as possible to the bathroom in this link--fifth picture from the left, sky-blue tiles https://streeteasy.com/folders/470472-finalists#6105484 Task 3—Kitchen The apartments comes with a brand-new Bosch dishwasher and new Microwave. Can I leave in those 2 appliances and the stove, but change everything else so that it looks like the kitchen in this listing (3rd picture from the right) https://streeteasy.com/folders/470472-finalists#6122648 Task 4: recessed lighting in LR and Master BR Task 5: Remove wood floors--in LR, Master BR, and 2nd BR. Replace with wide plank, Brazilian walnut floors Task 6: Install built-in bookcases along wall of LR Task 7: update the closet doors so they don't look so dowdy.
