Discussion about 77 East 12th Street in Greenwich Village
Hello everyone, This building seems great. Does anyone have first hand knowledge of it? What are the positives and negatives? Is it a good mix of people of different ages, or a lot of young people whose patents bought the place for them? I prefer a building that's diverse in age. Someone said in another post that there are roaches and mice. Is that true? Thanks in advance for any help!

Anyone? Would love to hear feedback from current or former owners. Thanks
I lived there about 10 years ago, and it was a nice mix of people. Had a couple of mice, but nothing out of the ordinary for NYC. Back then, didn't seem like too many trust funders.
Wow, the spread between rental unit vs to sale is huge (granted rental units are dated). I would rent (vs buying) in this building.
I've lived in this building for 15 years. I've only seen one water bug in my apartment in all that time. Years ago, I had a couple mice but nothing in a very long time. I think the majority of people are older and have been here for a long time but of course, over 15 years, some younger people have moved here as well.
