Anyone have any insight or thoughts about this bldg? Thinking about leaving Manhattan (Midtown West) for there and was hoping for pros/cons on the bldg itself, location, transportation, etc. Thanks!

I own a unit there. Great building, well managed. Completely sound proofed. Its mostly full of yuppies with kids (like myself). Convenient to Manhattan, F train 1 block away, but also easy walk to A,C,2,3 and East river ferry. Parks around the Brooklyn Bridge are great. Dumbo is a great place to live. Highly recommend buying/renting there.
