HDC Income Verification

Does anyone on this forum has any experience with HDC verification? I am in the process of buying an so-op in an HDC building, and in the same time interviewing for a job that will out me slightly over the income cap. My questions are: 1. If the income eligibility form is completed while still under the cap, will there be a problem if in 2 month I start a new job with a new income? 2. Does anyone knows if the annual income is computed based in the income during the year? Many thanks for your answers. m

My experience has been that they use last year's tax return.
