Discussion about 111 Third Avenue in East Village
Hi, Does anyone know anything about this building? Is it financially sound? Also, the board: after closing, how much in reserves does it require a buyer to still have in liquid savings? Thanks so much. Is it good mix of old timers and middle aged professionals and young professionals? Thank you in advance!

I've walked past the building many times and it looks hideous from the outside. So-so neighborhood at the intersection of 14th and 3rd.. imo a pretty charmless limbo area - not quite gramercy, not quite union sq, not quite east village

The area's just not the same without Carmelita's Reception House and Disco Donuts.
