Discussion about Maison East at 1438 Third Avenue in Upper East Side
Hi, I just read thru the entire thread from 2007. Current or former owners: can you please provide feedback on your experiences living here? Is the building financially sound? Does the sponsor own too high a percentage of the units? Any help would be greatly appreciated. THanks

Sponsor doesn't own any of the units except the one in which he lives

Is the conversion process still going on? Is there a lot of construction still going on in the building? Thanks.
