UNFCU Mortgage- closing speed/customer service?

Does anyone have experience with co-op mortgages through UNFCU - United Nations Federal Credit Union? (https://www.unfcu.org/) My questions for you if you've interacted with them: i) Were they quick to issue commitment letters/underwrite the loan after you went into contract? How quick? ii) How have they been in in terms of customer service throughout the buying process and beyond? Note I'm *not* interested in other options or brokers (I have one already, thanks).
