Battery Park Apts that Allow Large Dogs

We're looking for a 1 bedroom below $4,000 in Battery Park or Tribeca with a water view. We'd like to get an english bulldog (approx 50 lbs) and are having trouble finding buildings that allow dogs over 30 lbs. I know there have been some past discussions on building that allow large dogs but I'd like to know if anyone has recommendations beyond Rockrose and Related.

I know the Ocean on 1 West St used to allow large dogs (not sure if it's still true).
Moinian is the landlord - http://www.ocean1west.com - they have water views - an amazing roof deck - and are across the street from the park making it a nice place to walk a dog....

You want to bring your 50 pound animal into the elevator with children on the way to school who barely weigh that amount?
