Management at 55 West 92nd Street

This building has a terrible management company. They have not fixed the mold in our apartment for 3+ months, and have been refusing to answer my phone calls regarding the noise in our building for the last month. There is no sound insulation between floors and the management does not enforce area rug policy, so you can hear every step your neighbors take. They have also permitted concert musicians in the building, so we often put up with symphonies while we are trying to go about our daily lives. Horrible management and terrible sound issues in the building. My advice would be to stay away.
