Can't offer anything recent but grew up next to it (early 80's) and was nice. Had friends who lived there and some of the units were quite large with terraces. Garage, private driveway into complex, fairly well maintained with landscaping, bit of a walk to the subway but think there was a supermarket right across the street. Sorry for the totally useless answer.
