building at 234 East 70th Street

Discussion about 234 East 70th Street in Lenox Hill
Anybody have any info on this building. i've seen it and like it. I'm a bit nervous about the proximity to the 2nd ave station being build on 69th and 2nd, and whether sound from the actual subway when complete will be heard within this building. Also it seems two have gone into contract and have been relisted. Any info out there? thanks!

actually its a ancillary station, i am getting more worried as its right behind the bedrooms. anybody have any idea on these structures in regard to noise?
