Why has the Recorded Sales format changed

I've been having intermittent trouble with recorded sale searches and custom boundary searches for the past few weeks; for me, what happens (more often than not) is whenever I try to enter the info for a recorded sale search or click on the image to draw a custom boundary, I repeatedly get shot to the "please log-in" pageover and over again, even when I'm already logged-in, and even if I repeatedly log-in again, it just keeps shooting me back to that page over and over again...

I also haven't been getting my update e-mails since May 21st. I even contacted Streeteasy support about it, after a few days the guys said he fixed it and I got one e-mail, and then I haven't received another one since Saturday, so I'm giving it another day before I contact them again...

I'm having the same issue as cbreeze.

Streeteasy Admin - is this a bug or an intentional redesign?
