Discussion about 491 Sixth Avenue in Park Slope
i wouldn't trust these developers, from experience, they offer a sub-standard apartment for a premium price. they will likely not live up to expectations and will likely not fix clear defects they are contractually obligated to fix. Buyer Beware. more than aesthetic defects, latent defects that they hide, could be an issue.

Yeah, that's basically most developers.
