Stay away from this building and brokerage firm. It is a poorly run operation from top to bottom. We had numerous repairs that needed to get done in our apartment and each repair failed requiring additional work to be done. The building is a mess and needs massive aesthetic renovation. They are pushy and rude; when it came to renew our lease a second time they were completely unreasonable and actually lied to us. Be careful!
