need help with my sale and rental listing when I entered my open house for sunday and monday it appears on the edit page but is not showing up so the public will see it.

Your Owner's Tool page has tabs where you can set and save open houses. You must save them
or they will not appear in your posting.

I have yet to receive a single e-mail update since signing up (at least) two weeks ago, and the e-mail I sent to help/support last week is still unanswered. I'm new, though, so I can't say it was better before, but I'm certainly not impressed so far.
