Discussion about
I have a small bathroom and the room for a vanity is 27", 28" max. I think 30" will be just too crowded by the toilet. I found a vanity that I like, and it is 24" I'm planning a quartz countertop with a small sink. In an effort to get as much counter space as possible, is it too weird to have the counter go beyond the sides of the vanity? It looks like a lot of them go an inch beyond anyway. What about 3 or 4 inches?

Sounds like it would look weird. What about a thinner strip above the toilet tank?
