Elective Non-Renewal of Lease

Pretty straightforward situation-my non-stabilized lease expires at the end of Sept, and I do not intend to renew my lease. I scanned through my lease and did not see a provision that I have to give 90 days of notice that I do not intend to renew. My landlord has historically just sent me a lease renewal about 5-6 weeks before the lease is scheduled to expire. Can I just simply return this renewal form and indicate that I do not intend to renew? Thanks.
